My practice began with a focus on athletes, helping them recover from training and injuries with a concentration on injury prevention, and has evolved into a clientele that includes not just athletes, but home makers, business people and retirees, all of whom cope with their own daily stresses that can cause chronic injury and pain patterns.

My prime objective in my massage practice is to help my clients feel the best they possibly can. My 16 years of massage experience have given me an open-minded approach on how to help people break out of their pain patterns and achieve a happy and balanced life. I assist my clients to make positive changes to routines that may be contributing to their pain. Sometimes what is needed to heal a chronic problem is a guided stretching and/or exercise regimen, or it may be something as simple as carrying a lighter purse, or removing a wallet before sitting.
